FEATURED PROJECT
Critical Facility Resiliency Microgrid Technical and Commercial Design

SGP facilitated a collaborative process between Salt River Project and a strategic customer to create a conceptual design for a grid-integrated critical facility microgrid based on solar and energy storage.  SGP built a model that analytically determined the optimal asset sizing and configuration using facility load data and resiliency objectives.  SGP also modeled and quantified the grid-supportive value of the microgrid assets and developed a commercial model that achieves the highest investment value by combining resiliency and grid-supportive applications.

"We trusted SGP to work closely with a strategic customer and our internal teams to design a microgrid solution that supports our individual objectives more cost effectively then either of us could achieve alone. They excelled at distilling complex analyses into a design that is actionable for us and our customer."
